The Academic Partnerships Unit (APU) is looking to appoint a Senior Partner Relations Officer to support the development and implementation of collaborative partnerships through close working relationships with key academic and administrative colleagues based at LTU and partner organisations.
The successful candidate will provide an excellent first point of contact service through advice, guidance and support, build relationships, and promote quality assurance and enhancement processes and policies. They will take the lead on external partnership quarterly reviews and audits and support our academic partners with monitoring and review processes.
As part of a growing, forward thinking team, the postholder will have experience of working in Higher Education and with external stakeholders. An inclusive, pro-active, confident and professional approach is essential, together with a desire to provide a high standard of service to our partners and internal staff and to continuously strive to improve the APU function and operation.
Hours will be 35 hours per week.
