This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to join our growing team for an interim period providing a frontline, professional and effective HR service. Successful candidates will provide excellent customer-focussed HR administration to the team providing high quality support, and documentation particularity in the areas of recruitment and the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong HR administrative background and experience of working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines. Excellent IT skills including the full Microsoft Office suite are essential and the right candidate must also be able to work to a high degree of accuracy with first-rate organisation skills. You will be self-motivated, work effectively and know when it is appropriate to refer matters on to others within the team.
Excellent customer service skills are essential and the ability to communicate well over the phone, via video calls and in writing.
This role will be located at Leeds Trinity University campus in Horsforth, Leeds. Through our agile working framework, there may also be the option to spend some time working remotely tosupport work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
