Salary: The starting salary will be from £56,021 - £64,914 per annum in Grade 9, depending on qualifications and experience

Job Description
As the Head of Organisational Learning & Development, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage initiatives aimed at improving the effectiveness and performance of Leeds Trinity University. You will lead a team consisting of an OD Business Partner, L&D Manager, Wellbeing and Inclusion Specialist, L&D Coordinator, and OL&D Administrator, ensuring their alignment with organisational goals and strategies.
Working closely with the Deputy Director of People and Culture, your role will involve developing an action plan aimed at achieving the goals set forth in the Organisational Development (OD) aspects of the People and Culture Strategy.
As a member of the People and Culture Senior Leadership Team, you will also share responsibility for delegated budget management, contributing to the strategic direction and decision-making process.
Your leadership and management skills will be instrumental in driving positive change and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the university. Through your strategic vision and effective execution of initiatives, you will contribute to the overall success and advancement of Leeds Trinity University.
