A small university with a big reputation, Leeds Trinity University is in its strongest position ever, thanks to a distinctive experience which prioritises students, including our excellent track record of producing highly employable graduates.
Leeds Trinity was one of the first universities to include mandatory professional work placements with every degree, and now works closely with over 2000 businesses across all sectors. In the last Graduate Outcomes survey, 96.7% of our graduates were employed or in further study within 15 months of graduation. This is an opportunity to join a high impact and hands-on Graduate Employment Team to help students and graduates secure life changing roles and to enable the University to improve its graduate employability support and progression outcomes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to support this innovative unit, reporting to the Graduate Employment Manager. The postholder will need to contribute significantly to careers advice as well as the unit’s work to achieve ambitious corporate targets in line with the Graduate Outcomes Survey.
The successful candidate will have a track record of working towards challenging targets. They will be engaging and able to relate well to the needs of students and graduates as well as being able to liaise effectively with University staff and build relationships with employers. They will be resourceful, resilient and committed to student outcomes and confident about live data reporting and ongoing impact measurement.
Employees of the University have access to a wide range of benefits including our generous contributory pension schemes, excellent holiday entitlements, on-site sport and fitness centre membership, car park permit scheme and Employee Assistance Programme. We also operate a free shuttle bus to Horsforth station and have an externally owned day nursery facility on campus, along with plenty of shopping, leisure and travel discounts available. Our Juice health and wellbeing platform provides the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities and includes high quality health articles relating to current national and University specific initiatives.
